Devesh Rai, MD

Devesh Rai, MD, (@DeveshRaiMD) is a chief resident at Rochester General Hospital and is going to start Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Rochester General Hospital from July 2021. He was awarded as the best PGY3 of the year for his clinical acumen and peer teaching abilities. During residency, he has received travel and research grants and involved in multiple prospective studies. He is interested in pursuing a career in advanced heart failure, transplant, CMR, and #MedEd. He is involved in outcomes research and likes to think outside the box. Over the weekends, he is hiking and trekking with his wife @SodiumLady and exploring western NY. CardioNerds is the default podcast during long drives to these parks with NephJC.
